About this speaker
Duncan a British national is currently the Executive Director for the U.S. Adult Soccer Association.
Based in Chicago he’s tasked with guiding the association’s strategic direction and both growing & increasing the depth of amateur soccer across the country.
His understanding of the soccer business was honed in the UK where he spent ten years at English Premier League club Aston Villa FC. He performed a number of roles at the club, developing their community outreach, launching their innovative sponsorship deal with a children’s charity and assisted the league to develop the elite player development plan.
Prior to his role at Aston Villa FC, Duncan coached various age groups at cross-town rivals Birmingham City and was a coached educator for the English Football Association.
Duncan is married to Laura (a Chicago native) and they have two children Oscar (13) and Betty (10). They live in Naperville Il.
