Learn all about The Mindful Project. This presentation will provide practical (and scientifically based) information on why mindfulness is needed when coaching today's athletes, what it's benefits are, who is using mindfulness, and how to incorporate it into the team culture.
Erin will also share her experience with mindfulness, specifically a comparison of her performance and mindset between the 2008 and 2012 Olympics where she and her team earned a Bronze medal.
