How do you continue to develop your team without seeing them on a day-to-day basis? Especially during a critical time of development? There are no easy answers and zoom calls are only the beginning. Find out more about how to keep your team engaged and motivated during the COVID 19 crisis. From youth teams all the way up to college teams, there is no road map for any of us to follow. As a college and club coach with two of my own sons involved at the club level, there are overlapping threads I see all teams are seeking.
